MEWIL, Medieval Women In Letters (Unisi)

Mewil studies medieval letters written by women or addressed to women, or that deal with women’s issues. It has obtained funding from the University to organize an international conference on the subject, which will take place in Siena from November 22-24 2023, for the publication of the related proceedings and for the creation of an anthology of women’s letters within the medieval Latin context.
